He has since had further performances of this work with soloists from Stuttgart Opera in Germany. Then it was straight to Rostock to debut as Tamino in Magic Flute where he had, on average, 3 performances a month from the end of May 1994 to July 1996. He also jumped in to several productions as Tamino, as well as touring extensively through the USA as Tamino with London City Opera in 2000.

His next tenor role was also to be Mozartian, Don Ottavio for the Gala Opening of the new Opera House in Hof in Germany on 23rd September 1994. They gathered a cast of guest singers from around the world, including Janet Perry singing her first Donna Anna, to celebrate this prestigious event. There were about 12 more performances in Hof before the production went on tour to some theatres surrounding Hof, including Bamberg and Bayreuth.
Dominic's next role saw a jump from Mozart to Wagner with Der Steuermann in Der Fliegende Holländer in Aachen.
"D.N. was the robustly tenorial Steuermann, who had as much to do running up and down the rope ladder as he did singing". AUZ nr. 73 Alfred Beaujean
